Brightwheel
During the month of December all parents will be sent a link to sign up for a new CRM system called Brightwheel. Here at TRM we are in the process of centralizing our systems to benefit students, parents, teachers and administration. Starting in January, communications between parents and teachers will be used through Brightwheel. We are working with the team at Brightwheel to have all tuition payments and invoices throughout the year online to provide families more ease and flexibility with payment methods.
More information to follow soon…
If you are interested in learning more about this system please feel free to visit their website at https://mybrightwheel.com/

Youth Nation Committee Session
Our marvelous grade 3 students facilitated their UN committee session on November 30th at The Grimsby Town Hall. Each student was a delegate of a specific country for the last twelve weeks, studying the impact of climate change on their nation, all the while, immersing themselves in the structure, convention and scope of a United Nations sub-committee.
Winter Clothes Drive
Over the years at TRM, we have been fortunate that our students have come well equipped in winter gear during the colder months, allowing them to enjoy recess and stay healthy and warm. Wehave decided to host a winter clothes drive to help some students who may be less fortunate. Our school has partnered with a school in St. Catharines and we are going to donate winter clothes. We will start our collection in January but we wanted to start advertising this fundraiser now while people are organizing all their snow gear. The class with the most clothes donated will win a pizza party in January.

Inclement Weather
Winter has arrived and we want all families to know we have the health and safety of all in mind when it comes to road safety during the winter months. It is always a good idea to check your email for updated information. Decisions are made regarding school closures by 6:30 a.m. to ensure staff and families can drive safely to school or not.
Classroom Cleaning
Throughout the last week of December, our teachers and parent volunteers will do a deep clean of our classrooms. The staff love and really appreciate the support during these moments. It is always a big help when families help us sterilize our very intricate Montessori materials. A big thank you in advance to those families who have offered to help out. If you would like to help, even for an hour, please contact the Junior or Main Campus administrators.
Before and After School
