A special announcement from the De Longs….
All Aboard Catering Inc.
It is with great anticipation and excitement that Tim and I are taking the next natural step and offering catering at the Junior Campus as of Monday, December 8th, 2025. For years this has been a dream of mine as I do feel I have a good understanding of what children will enjoy and what will fuel them in a healthy yet fun way. We have put together a two week menu that will take us from December 8th to December 19th. Over the holiday break we will meet with the chef again and alter anything that we see is needed and then when we return again on January 5th and do one more round of “Week 1 and 2” to perfect it. Then on January 19th we will serve “Week 3 and 4”, then rotate for the rest of the term until April 6th, 2026.
A little bit about the Chef:
Sean Sullivan was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario, and knew early on that the kitchen was where he belonged. After graduating from Liaison College’s Culinary Program, he spent the next 25 years honing his craft across Niagara. For the past 15 years he has worked in fine dining, weddings and in Grimsby’s hometown favourite, Teddys. When he’s not behind the line, you’ll find him spending quality time with his two daughters, swinging a baseball bat, or chasing birdies on the golf course. Family, food, and a little friendly competition – that’s what drives him every day. Sean is beyond excited to be the Head Chef of All Aboard Catering Inc and is looking forward to this next chapter of offering fresh, high quality nutritious food for children.
Please see the attachment for the menu for Week 1 and 2. If you have any questions about this new venture please email me at allaboardcateringkids@gmail.com
Sincerely,
Ada De Long

Youth Nation – MMUN
Our Grade 3 students will begin their weekly meetings on Monday, December 8th, during their school day. Each student will become the delegate of a specific country for twelve weeks, studying the impact of climate change on their nation, all the while, immersing themselves in the structure, convention and scope of a United Nations sub-committee. These weekly meetings will take place until Thursday, March 5th when they have their committee session at the Grimsby Council Chambers.
Inclement Weather
Winter has arrived, and we want all families to know we have the health and safety of all in mind when it comes to road conditions during the winter months. Decisions are made regarding school closures by 6:30 am. Parents will be notified on Brightwheel if the school is closed for the day.
Classroom Cleaning
Throughout the last week of December, our teachers and parent volunteers will do a deep clean of our classrooms. The staff love and really appreciate the support during these moments. It is always a big help when families help us sterilize our very intricate Montessori materials. A big thank you in advance to those families who have offered to help out. If you would like to help, even for an hour, please contact the Junior or Main Campus administrators.
Before and After School
If you have used Before and After School this term, you will be invoiced this week. Invoices will be due back before December 12th.
